The First Academy Activity Fees
Download the forms for each grade level by clicking on the links below. Please note that activity fees will be/have been added into your tuition amount and it is not necessary to make a separate payment for these during the year.
If your student has a pass for one of the trips in their grade level, (i.e. Seaworld, Epcot, etc.)....please print the form and turn it in to the business office noting the pass held by your student. The grade levels will need to know this information in purchasing tickets for the field trip.
